DealStar now supports a complete proposal workflow for negotiating tax credit transfers — from initial draft through accepted deal, with full counter-proposal support.

For Buyers

• Draft detailed proposals with transaction terms, pricing, payment schedules, delivery mechanisms, and legal protections
• Save and review before sending — drafts are fully editable until you click Submit
• Track status with clear indicators: Draft, Pending, Countered, Active, or Completed

For Sellers

• Accept, reject, or counter any pending proposal
• Counter-proposals auto-populate from the buyer's offer so you only change what matters
• Generate term sheet packets with version control and approval workflows

After Acceptance

Accepted proposals automatically generate a closing checklist with standard items — document review, due diligence, legal review, and closing documents. Buyers can initiate the purchase transaction directly from the accepted proposal.

The full negotiation history is preserved for audit and compliance purposes.
